Vienna occupies top place in best-cities survey of Mercer Consulting

Mercer Consulting each year conducts a survey, in which the quality of living is ranked in a rating based on point scoring index. New York is the base city, with an index of 100. Vienna was top with a score of 108,6, keeping its top place from 2009. Geneva and Zurich were second and third, respectively.
